India’s rapid growth and urbanisation have led to the need for tall buildings and high-rise structures in the region. With 50% of India’s population expected to live in the urban areas by 2030, there is a great demand for tall buildings and high-rise structures in the residential and commercial space. Therefore, the Indian real-estate industry is now exploring the vertical space to overcome challenges in land acquisition, space and costs.
